At an early age I was fortunate enough to tour and play in various emo, post-hardcore and instrumental rock bands. It taught me a lot about life, showed me the world and allowed me to create some pretty amazing friendships. I even went to school and majored in entertainment marketing and interned with Red Light Management while touring with the band Underoath. The Tape Delay is my latest endeavor and according to Reax Magazine we're “A baroque kind of rock sound, reminiscent of Explosions in the Sky or Unwed Sailor that melds the essence of '90s melodic hardcore bands like Braid and Mineral. Formerly an instrumental band that now features the addition of a lead vocalist, The Tape Delay is moving to a parallel universe. I look forward to seeing this new amalgamation develop hopefully with more frequent shows."
