Through research, we learned that a Marketers’ biggest challenge and fear is “personalizing their marketing at scale” without messing it up. So we created the Clustomer: A visual metaphor representing the tangled mess of customers that results when marketers fail to personalize their messaging efficiently. B2B marketers loved it. So did our customers. Mailchimp’s automated tools make it easy, so marketers can make it happen.
